Sprinklr Announces Winter 2020 Release With Hundreds of New Features

Sprinklr has recently announced its Winter 2020 release, delivering over 400 new capabilities and enhancements focused on improving productivity and user experience. These updates will affect the five products in Sprinklr’s customer experience management (CXM) platform: Modern Marketing, Modern Advertising, Modern Research, Modern Care, and Modern Engagement. These improvements are meant to help marketers listen to their customers, learn from them, and provide them with further personalized experiences.

Sprinklr’s Unified Front Office enables users to boost customer engagement and satisfaction, providing them with a unified view of their interactions across marketing, advertising, research, care, and engagement. Its marketing-focused tool, known as Modern Marketing, increases the ROI of content with AI-powered insights. It helps marketers save time with 9 advanced workflow automation features, including workflow engine, milestone tracking, production tables, external content sourcing, and much more.

With this update, the Modern Marketing platform is receiving over 50 enhancements. One of the biggest updates would be the Next-Gen Workflow Timeline View, which lets campaign managers switch to a new “Timeline View” to see the active workflows and track progress against a scheduled date. Another update, Email Approvals for Tasks, creates efficiency in a user’s workflow with one-click email approval for tasks. This allows compliance and legal teams to approve or reject workflow tasks via email, maintaining governance across your organization.

Modern Advertising has received over 100 enhancements, with features focused on consistent and automated naming conventions, as well as AI-based rules that trigger various ads based on customer conversations and sentiment. The overall Sprinklr platform now features integrations with ServiceNow, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.

This update comes on the heels of Sprinklr’s Fall 2019 release. The vendor was also recognized as a Challenger in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Marketing Platforms.
