Sprinklr, a customer experience management solution provider, has announced its Fall 2019 Release, which includes over 400 new features across the five products that make up its Unified Front Office: Modern Marketing, Modern Advertising, Modern Research, Modern Care, and Modern Engagement. These features enhance the breadth and depth of Sprinklr’s customer experience management.
Sprinklr’s core platform has received several updates. This includes features like the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector, which provides greater customer experience across all Modern Channels. Users can easily interact with customers on social and messaging channels within the Dynamics 365 Platform. Presentations and Display Native Content Styling adds a native social network look-and-feel to Displays and Presentations with native content styling. Users can change the look and style of their content with a single click.
Modern Engagement now has features like Trustpilot Integration, which allows users to engage and respond to ratings and reviews on Trustpilot through Sprinklr. Incorporate workflows, automation, SLA reporting dashboards, and more. Next-Gen Asset Management Capabilities allow users to find assets faster with new enhanced search options. This also includes a new card layout for SAM assets and a new filter design to improve asset browsing experience.
Other new features include Smart Compliance, Global Planning Time in the Editorial Calendar, Smart Bidding, Smart Quick Insights, Sprinklr Live Chat, and much more.
