SALESmanago recently announced that it had been acquired by SilverTree Equity, a private equity firm with years of experience in the technology and software markets, and Perwyn, a family-backed growth capital investor. The nine-digit Euro acquisition will help SALESmanago fuel its international expansion efforts and continue to improve its no-code SaaS marketing automation and customer data platform (CDP) solution for mid-market e-commerce companies.
SALESmanago is a no-code CDP and marketing automation platform that combines advanced analytics and AI-powered automation to provide customizable experiences for fashion, finance, travel, beauty, pharmacy, and other markets. The platform capabilities include campaign management, lead generation tools, website customization, email marketing, predictive analytics, social media tools, mobile marketing, live chat, chatbots, and more.
The SALESmanago acquisition by SilverTree Equity and Perwyn will provide the company with additional capital and resources to help it grow its global footprint as a MarTech solution provider. Those resources will also help expand SALESmanago’s place as a leader in the high-growth, mid-market CDP and marketing automation markets. As part of the acquisition, SALESmanago will also work with several technology executives from across the industry, who will help support the company’s ongoing growth.
