Global Human Capital Management (HCM) solution provider, Ceridian has announced that it will exhibit new Dayforce innovations that will help retailers improve performance and profitability. This exhibition will take place at the National Retail Federation’s Big Show 2020 from January 12-14 in New York City. Ceridian’s Dayforce platform assists retailers with optimizing their workforce by addressing retention, financial wellness, and the overall employee experience. Dayforce is Ceridian’s flagship cloud HCM platform, which delivers human resources, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and talent management functionality.
In a press statement, Senior Vice President of Retail Strategy at Ceridian, John Orr said, “eighty percent of workers are stressed about their finances on a day-to-day basis, and retail associates are craving more financial freedom and flexibility. In an industry with high turnover, it’s more important than ever for retailers to create meaningful experiences for their employees — specifically, experiences that prioritize financial wellness.”
The Dayforce Wallet is designed to help retail associates gain better control of their finances with on-demand access to their earnings.
Orr continued on, stating, “we believe retailers will be able to turn to Dayforce Wallet to drive employee productivity, reduce absenteeism, and serve as a competitive differentiator.”
Ceridian also offers end-to-end human capital management capabilities in order to help its retail customers, which include Guitar Center, Sephora, and Lululemon, manage their employees more effectively. The provider will demonstrate its innovations to help optimize the retail workforce at NRF’s Big Show at booth #4655, January 12-14.
