Validity has recently announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire email analytics and deliverability provider 250ok. Since 2011, 250ok has developed email management software and tools used by businesses of various sizes. With this acquisition, Validity will broaden its optimization capabilities across the global ecosystem of email service providers.
With Validity, users can optimize the performance of your email marketing, data management, or sales functions. Marketers can increase inbox placement and maximize subscriber reach with actionable data, while sales teams can make the most of their time with tools designed to increase productivity and mitigate pipeline risks in real-time. Furthermore, users can simplify their data management with solutions that improve data quality and increase CRM adoption.
This acquisition enables marketers to get more emails delivered in the right way to targeted recipients, resulting in greater conversion and return on investment. Many of Validity’s largest email customers use both 250ok and Return Path from Validity to optimize their email campaigns, and this acquisition will provide additional technologies and services including: deliverability and reputation, engagement analytics, DMARC deployment, design previews, and list validation.
“For these last several years, we have been working hard to stand out in this crowded market by creating the best products for email marketers everywhere,” says Greg Kraios, Founder and CEO of 250ok. “When I first met Mark Briggs, Validity’s CEO, I knew there was an opportunity to have a new conversation about the email industry and where it should be headed. Now as part of Validity, together we can drive innovation and excellence for everyone in the email ecosystem.”
