In the past year, Act-On announced a new integration with Zendesk, released an automated SMS feature, raised $20-million in a round of financing, and introduced a new CCO and SVP of Engineering to its leadership team. Its digital-first customer engagement software provides users with chatbots, social media management, conversational AI, social listening, smart operations, analytics, and more. The solution is best suited for the financial services, technology, retail, distribution, telecommunications, travel, and hospitality markets. 2021 saw Khoros appoint a new CFO and CTO, acquire an AI and machine-learning software company and receive a spotlight in industry reports from IDC and Forrester.

In 2021, Plannuh introduced several new updates for its marketing solution (including a suite of reporting tools) and raised $4-million for its marketing automation platform.
